We have a great team and a positive, supportive environment, which makes coming to work enjoyable. I also really enjoy working with our clients and getting to know them, whether I’m helping with their personal or business tax returns. It’s rewarding to build those relationships over time and get to know their businesses, goals, and what’s important to them.

Our clients appreciate that I’m approachable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping them. I try to make things as easy and comfortable as possible, while being available when they have questions or need assistance. Building those relationships and knowing that clients feel comfortable reaching out to me is something I really value.

For me, it’s the opportunity to work with a great team and build lasting relationships with our clients. I enjoy getting to know our clients, understanding what they’re working toward, and being able to help them along the way. It’s rewarding to know that I can be someone they feel comfortable turning to when they need support.
What’s your favourite chocolate bar, and why?
Why limit yourself to chocolate bars? Technically, Maltesers aren’t a chocolate bar, but that feels like a technicality worth ignoring when they’re this good. I love the light, crispy texture and the combination of the crunchy centre and chocolate coating.
